She took a personal interest in her riders, which made me feel good as a parent. I loved knowing that Kayla was picked up at our door and dropped off at our door. If one of the drivers was going to be out, arrangements were made and a photo and bio was emailed to me so both Kayla and I knew who and what to expect. Throughout these years, Mrs Carole Floyd, has shown herself to be considerate and honest. Since I had to go to work before my son’s school starts which is 7:20am, Carole is there to fill the gap for me. Ever since she has given me this “PEACE OF MIND” that none could. May God bless her. Besides, she is excellent on providing updates should there be any changes on her schedule. I have also found Carole to be an intelligent individual, who is willing to take the lead in situations when required. Example, when my son forgets his keys, she would take him to her house until I arrive from work. This shows her altruistic nature. In short, I would recommend Carole to be a trustworthy person who can be relied upon when it comes to providing the excellent service. We considered having a friend bring them home, but we are so glad we went with a service instead. If for some reason our regular driver is absent or sick, there is a substitute, and I am not the one who has to worry about it. You guys are always so willing to help me when I need temporary morning service as well–even when I text or call the night before! My husband and I are so appreciative for that. I also wanted to comment on our driver. Misti is a gift from God. My kids have developed such a bond with her and her son. Her little boy and my son are now big buds and even have play dates. She is so kind and loving toward the kids. She makes my husband and I so comfortable, because she puts their safety above all else. One time my mom had come in from out of town, and was at the house when she dropped the kids off. Since she noticed the car, and didn’t know who it was, she walked the kids up and verified with them that this was their grandmother. Wow! Talk about above and beyond the call of service. We love Misti, and my kids will be heartbroken on the day that they no longer get to ride in her car every day. Thank you for providing us with a safe and fun option transportation for our children. I’ve been using Rides R Us services since 2012. I’ve been thorougly pleased and happy with the services that the drivers provide for my children. All of the drivers that my daughters have had are very pleasant and respectful to my children.

I’ve been meaning to drop a note on our experience with Rides R Us and how please we have been with their service! The last 2 years our driver was Mrs. Karla who was sweet and caring with our kiddos. This year our driver changed to Mrs. Sophia and she has also been caring and supportive of my kids. My daughter spoke daily of Mrs. Sophia and her encouraging words for academic success. Due to a schedule change on my part I am not currently using the service but it was a saving grace for us and I would definitely consider them in the future.
While my husband and I had schedule changes during the pandemic we had to search for a driver for both of our kids at separate schools. Thankfully we found Rides R Us and our driver Ms. Sophia! She is the most caring, thoughtful and trustworthy person that my kids actually look forward to seeing. I felt safe knowing my kids were with someone dependable and not just some stranger like past companies I’ve used. Good communication is very important me and knowing my kids made it home okay is such a relief while I’m at work. You can tell she enjoys her job and loves kids (my kids look forward to her Friday treat days too lol).
